Project Overview

At Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell, ABS performed a comprehensive 20,120-square-foot interior and selective demolition while the dealership remained operational. Every decision, every phase, and every work area was carefully
planned to protect the premium environment customers expect from the Mercedes-Benz name.

Project Scope

The scope included full interior demolition of walls, ceilings, MEP systems, light fixtures, casework, and floor coverings. Floor adhesive was removed throughout the facility to prepare for new finishes.

Structural modifications required sawcutting, slab removal, and excavation at two shear wall locations. The team also executed structural demolition of an existing 255-square-foot automobile turntable and removed a 1,176-square-foot curtain wall spanning 42 feet wide by 28 feet high.

The project was strategically divided into five carefully coordinated phases to ensure dealership operations continued safely and without disruption. Customers entering the showroom or service areas experienced the same level of
