Project Overview

ABS Services completed the full demolition and site preparation for a new Chipotle location in Lima, Ohio. The project involved the mass demolition of an existing 3,000-square-foot structure and associated site paving to prepare the property for new construction. With neighboring businesses and existing pavement designated to remain, the project required careful planning and controlled execution. Special attention was given to preventing dust migration and protecting adjacent surfaces throughout the demolition process.

 

Scope of Work

• Stripped out interior finishes and insulation prior to demolition to minimize dust migration
• Demolished the existing building down to the slab
• Saw-cut the perimeter of the new foundation footprint to accommodate a larger building design
• Carefully demolished the concrete slab and asphalt without impacting pavement designated to
  remain
