Project Overview

ABS Services successfully completed the full interior demolition of a 3,200-square-foot former office building in preparation for the build-out of a new Acute Pet Urgent Care facility in Grove City, Ohio.

This project required a comprehensive and efficient demolition approach to ensure the space was fully prepared for the next phase of construction. Working on an accelerated schedule, our team delivered the project on time, allowing follow-on trades to mobilize immediately and maintain overall project momentum.

Project Scope

• Removal of existing furniture, millwork, and interior finishes
• Demolition of all interior walls and perimeter wall gypsum board (GWB)
• Removal of ceilings, insulation, ductwork, and floor finishes
• Full floor adhesive removal throughout the facility
