Project Overview
This project involved the comprehensive transformation of a 14,000-square-foot former Aldi grocery
store into a fully operational Caliber Collision body shop in Rolla, Missouri.
Our team executed extensive selective interior demolition and exterior structural modifications to
prepare the facility for its new purpose.
Scope of Work
The scope of work included complete interior demolition of walls, ceilings, fixtures, and floor coverings, as well as concrete slab removal and full HVAC system demolition. Additionally, exterior structural wall demolition was performed to accommodate new openings and support the building’s reconfiguration.

Through careful planning and precise execution, this project successfully cleared and prepared the existing structure for its adaptive reuse, supporting the seamless conversion into a modern automotive collision repair facility.
