Our team was selected to complete the full demolition and site preparation of an 11,135-square-foot former strip retail center, clearing the way for the new restaurant while maintaining strict safety and environmental standards.

Controlling Dust and Debris
Demolition can generate significant dust and material movement if not properly managed. Our crews use continuous water application and controlled material handling to limit debris migration beyond the site. This proactive approach keeps the environment cleaner while improving visibility and safety for workers and nearby traffic.
A Clean and Controlled Loading Zone
Material removal is managed through a designated loading zone engineered for efficiency and cleanliness. By maintaining a clean staging area and carefully managing truck movement, we prevent mud and debris from being tracked onto the adjacent public roadway—helping keep surrounding
streets safe and clean for the community.

Once demolition is complete, the site must be properly prepared for new construction. Our team coordinates closely with geotechnical professionals to test and verify backfill lifts, ensuring the ground conditions meet structural requirements for the new building.
